Donations are great - and so is spreading the word
Prostate cancer is the second leading cause death in men today. Over 165,000 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in the US this year alone and around 30,000 of them will not survive. There is so much you can do to better your chances of a good outcome if you are diagnosed with prostate cancer, like exercise, a good diet, quality sleep etc. But you can also do something very important today, right here - now.
Donate to our cause by clicking the blue button above or below (you will be taken to the donations page - then click the blue button upper right corner). Help raise awareness by talking to the men in your family and your male friends about getting screened. And if you know someone with prostate cancer, encourage them to register with the Metastatic Prostate Cancer Project. Let them know that it is important that we all come together to find a cure and one step in that direction is genomic research.
Us TOO - communicates information to enable people to make informed choices regarding detection and treatment of prostate cancer. Us TOO will connect a new caller with prostate cancer with a prostate cancer survivor for information and support. Calls are answered between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM CT, Monday through Friday.
